By ordering a commission you declare that you are of legal age.

I reserve the right to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation.

I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH, or Adoptable deviation. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged files; please back up any files you may receive from the Artist as there is no guarantee or obligation of being able to provide replacements. Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged files.

If the subject of your request is not your intellectual property you are required to divulge that information as well as the proper holder of that intellectual property. The Artist reserves the right to decline such requests for Work.

I do not give refunds or forgive chargebacks if I have started! This is not a petty statement, its "I can't trust you if you dont respect my rules to begin with." It's nothing personal, I just don't want to deal with this continuously.

This one is really important: Please do not compare my activity on any social media with my ability to work on commissions please! Social media is a personal place to me and I'm using it to deal with my anxiety and depression problems, making art helps me vent and currently makes me happy and enables me to function daily! If I'm drawing a lot of requests or trades or etc; and I'm not delivering commissions it does NOT mean I'm scamming or neglecting them at all. Drawing is my hobby as well as my way to get income. I don't have any other hobbies and i have an 8hr job right after my school which doesn't really give me much time to do art.

Quotes can be requested at any moment, outside of opening as well. Quotes expire after 2 months.

I don't accept reservations. I don't host waiting lists of any kind.

The commission description should contain visual reference [except character design type] and a brief description. Poetry and prose won't be accepted as reference material.

References should be concise, up to date, and written in the English language. I only work with the provided materials. Any changes outside of the initial project and quote must be discussed and additionally approved. Changes may be individually charged depending on their complexity.

By providing me with the references for your commission you declare that you have full copyrights or the owner’s permission for usage of the character design depicted on those references.

Commission order will be terminated if the client is unable to speak English in an understandable form.

If the order involves multiple people, all communication with the artist should be handled by a single representative elected privately by said group. I will not be involved in any quarrels among the group members nor responsible for the resulting situations. I won't be updating each person involved in the project, all updates will be passed to a selected representative only. In situations where payment is made by different people than ordering clients - all updates and communication will be handled with the representative [usually the person the quote was given to].

The currency accepted is USD.

I only take paypal payments.

I do not give discounts since my art is pretty much discounted already q~q

I might ask for your paypal address to invoice you or send you a paypal.me link if you are a client i trust.

Do not send money directly without me asking for it

Payment for Work is to be provided upfront and in full. There will be no refunds if I have started. Payment plans may be optional and open for discussion.

Each price is tailored to fit an individual commission depending on wishes, complexity, and character design. If you wish to get a quote - please contact me.

The Commission list doesn't reflect the queue/work order. For creative purposes I alternate between the pieces.

Deadline, if desired, has to be communicated and agreed on before initial quote.If you commission me expecting to have it done for certain date, let me know beforehand. So if i think its too soon for me, i can decline/refuse. Nothing personal. I'm just tired.

Most commission types will receive sketch stage for approval and right to revision. If there is no revision/sketch stage, it is mentioned in the commission type description.

Further work-in-progress updates are provided exclusively after client's request.

Changes and alterations to Work must be requested before being completed. After the Work has been completed the Artist cannot guarantee to be able to make alterations and is not obligated to do so. They may be charged depending on complexity.

Any additional work outside of initial project can be refused, or will be quoted and charged for accordingly.

Additional services like livestreams, timelapse videos and similar are currently unavailable.

I'm a slow SLOW and very unlucky artist, your order might take either hours or MONTHS. (how many months? Yes.) Please be aware of this before commissioning me and be completely sure you are willing to wait whatever it takes for the art you ordered. If you know you are paranoid, do NOT commission me. It can be very taxing for both of us and I don't have the energy for that.

I retain the copyright of the Work. This means that the Artist has the right to display and reupload the Work at my discretion. The Artist will not resell or use for commercial gain any Work that has been rightfully purchased by the customer. The copyright of the subject(s) and intellectual properties featured in any Work remains solely with the copyright holder and owner of the intellectual property(ies).

Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made.

I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation.

By purchasing an adopt or design you are automatically agreeing to my TOS

All designs are for your personal use and enjoyment only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Refunds are not given.

You may resell a purchased design for its original purchase price. Please be considerate of others when adding the price of additional art to any design; the new owner may not want old couple/gore/nsfw art for example.

You may NOT place restrictions on a design you are reselling to someone else, such as forcing them to keep the character of the design, holding them to maintain relationships previously established for the design, etc. Any attempt to do so should be considered void and inapplicable to the new owner of the design.

You must credit the design and artwork (Work) in such a way that others can easily find the Artist (for example "credit to the designer" is not acceptable because it does not tell others who made the work or design, or where to find them. "Design by DraconianFae" with the addition of a functioning, safe link to DraconianFae's art page directly for others to find is acceptable because it names the author and provides a link directly for people to follow).

Feel free to boop me and check on me once a month if your order takes longer than that. Do not harrass me constantly. I tend to not open DMs or take a while to do it due to social anxiety and memory loss (if im too stressed sometimes i can open a dm and leave it hanging forever because i FORGET i even opened so... i tend to avoid doing that until i feel more functional and less distracted) so please be patient if I take days to reply to you.
